When can I return my products?
You can return the products within 14 days after receiving the items if the following conditions are met:
- The articles are undamaged.
- The articles are unused and complete.
- The articles are not manufactured according to individual choices, decisions, or specifications or they are not clearly intended for a specific person.

What happens next?
When all criteria are met, the purchase amount will be handled by means of being credited, refunded, or an alternative solution.
The costs for returning the goods are for the buyer/purchaser. The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days after acknowledgment. If you have not received it within this period, please contact our customer services.
When 14 days have passed, we are not obliged to accept returns. Legally, notification of complaints must be made within due time. Our General Terms and Conditions state that we regard 30 days as a competent time frame.
