Full-color labels
Zolemba has extensive experience in the field of full-color labels. We print with our HP Indigo presses in CMYK as standard, so you are not limited to just a few (PMS) colors in your design. All full-color labels are die-cut with a laser, making any imaginable quantities and shapes possible. With a production time of 1 to 5 working days, you never have to stand still with labeling!
Self-overprinting
If you want to add a batch code, expiration date, or other information to full-color labels yourself, you can use a thermal transfer label printer, such as the Zebra ZD421 TT. Always use a Resin ribbon for the best results. Zolemba also offers the option to pre-print thermal labels as full-color labels. You can then use your own direct thermal label printer to print on the full-color labels.
